(Construction) – On August 15th, the Ministry of Construction held the conference to disseminate Law No. 27/2023/QH15 on Housing (2023 Housing Law) and Law No. 29/2023/QH15 on Real Estate Business (2023 Real Estate Business Law), along with the associated regulatory documents.

In his directive address at the conference, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyễn Văn Sinh emphasized that following the National Assembly's passage of the 2023 Housing Law and the 2023 Real Estate Business Law, the Ministry of Construction, in coordination with local authorities, proposed to the Government the issuance of five Decrees, one Decision, and two Circulars related to these laws. As a result, the Ministry organized the conference to disseminate legal information, providing comprehensive and precise guidance on the two laws. The initiative aims to assist ministries, sectors, and localities in effectively carrying out state management functions and ensuring the prompt implementation of the laws provisions into practice.
Deputy Minister Nguyễn Văn Sinh assessed that the two legislative projects effectively address numerous existing issues related to housing policies and the real estate market. Speaking at the conference, Director of the Academy of Management for Construction and Urban Development (AMC) Trần Hữu Hà noted that the conference aimed to disseminate the key updates and general content of the laws, as well as the accompanying guiding documents.
Following the conference, if local authorities require more detailed training on the laws and their guiding documents for their departments, agencies, districts, towns, or enterprises, AMC will collaborate with the Drafting Committee, the Editorial Team, and leaders and experts from the Department of Legal Affairs and the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management to organize direct training sessions at localities and enterprises across the country in the near future.
The training content will concentrate on introducing the new provisions, implementation strategies of the Housing Law 2023 and the Real Estate Business Law 2023, as well as the guiding documents. Additionally, it will address the interplay with related laws, customized to the specific circumstances of each locality and enterprise.
