(Construction) – On September 12th, Minister Nguyễn Thanh Nghị, authorized by the Prime Minister, announced and presented the appointment decisions for Deputy Ministers of Construction to Mr. Phạm Minh Hà and Mr. Nguyễn Việt Hùng.

According to Decision No. 958/QĐ-TTg dated September 11, 2024, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Phạm Minh Hà, Director of the State Department of Construction Quality Inspection under the Ministry of Construction, to the position of Deputy Minister of Construction. The appointment term is 5 years.
The new Deputy Minister of Construction, Phạm Minh Hà, born in 1969, is from Bồ Đề Ward, Long Biên District, Hanoi. He holds the academic title of Associate Professor and the degree of Doctor. Before being appointed as Deputy Minister, Mr. Phạm Minh Hà held various positions, including Vice-Rector of Hanoi University of Architecture and Director of the State Department of Construction Quality Inspection.
According to Decision No. 959/QĐ-TTg dated September 11, 2024, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Nguyễn Việt Hùng, Chairman of the Board of Members of the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD) under the Ministry of Construction, to the position of Deputy Minister of Construction. The appointment term is 5 years.
The new Deputy Minister of Construction, Nguyễn Việt Hùng, born in 1978, is from Bát Tràng Commune, Gia Lâm District, Hanoi. He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and a Master degree in Business Administration.

Before being appointed as Deputy Minister of Construction, Mr. Nguyễn Việt Hùng held various positions, including Deputy General Director of HUD, Chief of Office of the Ministry of Construction, and Chairman of the Board of Members of HUD.
These decisions are effective as of September 11, 2024.
In their remarks upon receiving their new responsibilities, the two new Deputy Ministers of Construction, Phạm Minh Hà and Nguyễn Việt Hùng, expressed their honor and gratitude for the significant trust placed in them by the Party, the State, and the Government. They also thanked the leadership of the Ministry of Construction and various units within and outside the Ministry for their support throughout their careers.
In their new positions, the two newly appointed Deputy Ministers pledged to continue striving to learn, maximize their capabilities, strengthen coordination with various units, and closely follow the directives of the Ministry of Construction's leadership to successfully fulfill the tasks assigned to them.
