"For any unresolved recommendations, we request that the ministries, sectors, and localities clearly explain the reasons," Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi stated. "The Working Group will coordinate efforts to compile these issues and report to the Prime Minister for guidance, ensuring they are addressed promptly in accordance with regulations."
